Nenad Trajkovic Coach Ned has over 30 years of progressive, highly successful coaching experience on the international level. He coached a number of youth and senior selections in former Yugoslavia from 1979 – 2001. A program that was internationally recognitioned for its basketball excellence.

Coach Ned spent 22 years working for basketball club KK Partizan. KK Partizan is recognized for producing the largest number of NBA players in the world.

Coach Ned was mentored by top European basketball experts such as Aleksandar Nikolic, Dusan Ivkovic, Bozidar Maljkovic, Zeljko Obradovic and Dusko Vujosevic.

Coach Ned is recognized as one of the most accomplished individual skills basketball coaches in the world. The players he coached have played on almost every NBA team and Europe.

Krka’s new head coach is Nenad Trajkovic

Slovenian champs Krka Novo Mesto announced Nenad Trajkovic as the new head coach for the next two seasons, in which the team will try to come back to the Turkish Airlines Euroleague through the Qualifying Rounds. Trajkovic, 50, arrives from the NBA, where he was an assistant coach in charge of playerdevelopment at the Phoenix Suns. Trajkovic started his career in 1987 as an assistant for Dusko Vujosevic in Partizan, and then made his debut as head coach the following season at Borac Cacak of Serbia. He returned to Partizan as an assistant shortly after to keep winning titles for the team. He became head coach at Partizan in 1999 and was there two seasons. In 2003-04 he was at Banjalucka Pivara and in 2008 he coached the Latvian national team. He has also worked at Lottomatica Roma, Real Madrid or Dynamo Moscow performing different roles as a specialized assistant coach. He has also worked as an independent consultant for players and coaches and after a stint in the NBA he returns to Europe to try put put Krka back at the top club competition in Europe.

Coach Nenad Trajkovic has joined Phoenix Suns and will work as part of their coaching team. In addition to using his expertise to help the team in preparing for games, he will individually work with certain players to analyze and improve their game during the season. As all assistant coaches, Coach Nenad will travel with the team and help them prepare for road games as well.

Coach Ned is currently working with BDA Client, Dejan Musli, at the HAX Athletic Xchange in Los Angeles. Dejan Musli is a 7-footer cente from Serbia who is a contender for the NBA Draft. He recently participated in the 2010 Nike Hoop Summit in Portland, Oregon. Musli was the MVP European Championships on U16 in 2007. In 2009 Musli was named the All-European Championships U18 First Team. DraftExpress ranks Dejan as #2 in prospects born in 1991.
